Manjunath Engineering Construction (a venture of HTA group) is operated in 2005 under the provisions of The Companies Act, 1956. We are based at Hassan and having offices at Bangalore and Mysore. We are engaged in civil contracts, property development and design-build services. We have all approvals and required registration – Income Tax, GST & Class . Our Firm is an active member of BAI (Builders Association of India), the apex body for civil engineering construction companies of India.
HTA group is headed by Mr. H. T Annaji, a veteran with over 41 years of experience in the civil engineering construction field. Has experience of construction in various projects across South India for several reputed companies like NTPC, KIOCL and HSCL.
From the year 2000 under the professional leadership of
Mr. H.A Kiran we have completed several High Standard construction projects in the name of Manjunath Engineering Construction, a class one PWD registered construction firm. We have done various kinds of civil construction services that includes Buildings, Layout formation, development of roads, Overhead tank, Ground level reservoir, Interiors & Exterior services. We have provided construction services to various reputed organisations like ISRO department of space, Omni Active Health technologies Pvt Ltd, Sethna Group of companies, L&T, Zuari Infra world Pvt Ltd etc.
